You'll play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining documents, strictly adhering to our company's procedures and meeting external customer documentation requirements. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for processing requests from both internal and external customers, keeping our records up-to-date and accessible using cutting-edge document management software systems. You'll also train fellow Coordinators on best practices, procedures, and policies, dive into file migrations, assist with audits, and take on various administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, takes initiative, and values teamwork

What You Will Do
  • Maintain cross training with other team members in all aspects of document control procedures and project specific customer requirements
  • Use both internal and external document control systems to manage document submittals and returns with external customer
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure documents are properly numbered, approved and accurate prior to transmitting
  • Track and expedite customers and Project Managers when documentation is due
  • Act as point of contact to handle documentation calls, questions and requests for assistance from internal and external customers
  • Expedite and assist Project Managers with development of O&M manuals4-5 bulleted, objective, non-comparable requirements are recommended
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience
  • Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience working in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment
  • Experience using document management software and systems
