Job Summary

At Linesight Inc, we are seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality and document control team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our document management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating reports and technical documents
  • Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval
  • Manage and control information circulation
  • Set up an efficient document management system
  • Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives
  • Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases

Requirements

  • Have experience in a similar document management role
  • Have experience in Aconex and Sharepoint which are critical for this role
  • Enjoy managing a large range of information
  • Have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
