Compensation: $15-$18 (Negotiable) + Bonus Opportunities

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, assisting with both administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, be self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain both physical and digital client files and documents.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for client appointments.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of educational courses for The Prepare Institute.
  • Print and manage contract statements and reallocation statements from various company websites.
  • Provide support during fall tax-planning meetings.
  • Handle daily mail, including opening, distributing, and preparing mailers.
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, and scanners.
  • Assist with other general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Support ongoing office projects and provide backup assistance to front-office staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
