Compensation: $15-$18 (Negotiable) + Bonus Opportunities
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, assisting with both administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, be self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain both physical and digital client files and documents.
- Prepare reports and documentation for client appointments.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of educational courses for The Prepare Institute.
- Print and manage contract statements and reallocation statements from various company websites.
- Provide support during fall tax-planning meetings.
- Handle daily mail, including opening, distributing, and preparing mailers.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, and scanners.
- Assist with other general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Support ongoing office projects and provide backup assistance to front-office staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
