Summary of Objectives

  • Assist with recruiting and staffing process.
  • Assist with screening forms and resumes of applicants.
  • Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
  • Review and distribute company strategies in hard copies (e.g., notice boards, brochures) or digital formats (e.g., email, posts on social networks/forums/company website).
  • Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientations and recordkeeping.
  • Assist with employee relations.
  • Assist with the efficient day-to-day operation of the HR department.
  • Support with all transactional HR functions.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive personnel records.
  • Draft general forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
  • Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
  • Address queries and workers' issues when required.
  • Fax, photocopy and scan documents as required.
  • Perform other related duties at the discretion of the management team.
Requirements
  • Be a Undergraduate (juniors and seniors) or Graduate Student in good standing.
  • GPA of 3.0+ is highly preferred.
  • Pursuing an education in Business Management/Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 Letters of Recommendation are required.
  • Ability to work onsite for 20-30 hours a week with flexible hours, ideally during regular business hours on a daily basis.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word and Excel), are required.
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proven excellent attendance history.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions
