The executive is responsible for navigating through the sales process, from conceptual design to project handover, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead the generation of new business by identifying service and project opportunities within the commercial HVAC arena.
Prepare and present customized sales proposals, accurately estimating labor and materials to ensure profitable and competitive bids.
Cultivate lasting relationships with facility managers by understanding their specific needs and offering tailored HVAC solutions.
Oversee the project lifecycle, guaranteeing client satisfaction, adherence to budget, and timely completion.
Proactively assess client needs to recommend the most effective service contracts and project solutions that enhance HVAC system performance.
Achieve and surpass sales goals by skillfully negotiating contracts and finalizing deals.
Act as the primary liaison for clients, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout all phases of project implementation.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that all project specifications are met and that proposals accurately reflect the scope of work.

Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, with a successful track record in sales within the sector.

Strong capability to forge and sustain long-term relationships with facility managers, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of their operational needs.
Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and efficiently manage multiple projects.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working autonomously or as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
A local and stable work history that evidences a dedicated career within the commercial HVAC industry.
