The focus is on Structural Products with an emphasis on Automotive Development and support.

Requirements
Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with experimental design and statistical analysis.
- Practical approach to processing/manufacturing.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITAF, VDA, and other automotive quality systems.
- Attendance is essential.
- Proficiency in English.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Plastics, Material Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience with 10-15 years in the field.
- Experience with compounding filled and reinforced commodity resins for structural applications, especially in Automotive.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to learn new software.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Frequent internal and external communication.
- Regular use of phone, email, and office equipment.
- Travel occasionally; ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
- Work in office, lab, and production environments with varying noise levels.
- Use of safety equipment as required.
