If so, we invite you to join our dynamic organization as a Product Specialist Team Leader. About the Role As a Product Specialist Team Leader, you will oversee the department operations and flow. You will be responsible for training on services, tools, and techniques, and for managing and developing your team. Your role is crucial in driving process improvements and achieving business goals. Your Key Responsibilities Supervise Senior Product Specialists and Product Specialists, handling staffing, performance coaching, training, and development Monitor department systems, policies, and procedures; lead lean activities to enhance team performance Respond promptly to customer issues, investigate and implement correction actions, and log information in the customer satisfaction log Run queries, analyze data, and prepare reports for informed decision-making Lead initiatives to enhance service, and quality standards Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and implement functional excellence directives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or two-year degree and related experience, or equivalent experience (5-8 years) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word) Proven experience in team leadership, with strong coaching and mentoring skills Subject Matter Expert in specified products, with excellent customer-facing and conflict resolution skills Desired Qualifications Technical certification and project management experience Proficient in using business systems to achieve results and improve processes Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and promote consensus Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and drive operational improvements Benefits: The Watlow Total Compensation Plan The health, well-being and financial stability of you and your family is a high priority to us.The Watlow Total Rewards Plan includes competitive compensation and a full range of life and career enhancing benefits: Annual Achievement Award 401(k) plan that includes a company match on your contribution and an annual company contribution that is tied to company performance Onsite wellness clinic Wellness incentives Employee Personal Assistance Program Dental, medical, vision and short-term and long-term disability insurance Paid holidays, personal time, and vacation Parental leave Tuition reimbursement Diversity & Inclusion We proactively embrace diversity in all its dimensions across our company and cultivate a culture of inclusion and forward thinking that respects and reflects each team member's individual strengths, views, and experiences.
