Securitas Technology (STC) and Solutions groups are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Technician responsible for providing service on STC products at customer sites. The role involves responding to trouble tickets, diagnosing and resolving application issues, executing preventative maintenance tasks, and performing routine configuration changes. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Client environments, Microsoft Office, and network communications is required. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. - BS degree in Computer Science, or Engineering (Computer or Electrical), or relevant field.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Client environments
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Lenel OnGuard Certification, other enterprise grade access control system certification a plus
- Verint Nextiva / VMS Certification, other enterprise grade CCTV system certification a plus
