Overview: We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide excellent support and management of customer environments, working closely with our team of managed services specialists, administrators, and engineers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for technology and a dedication to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Triage tickets and escalate customer issues as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and perform basic troubleshooting across various platforms
  • Respond to automated alerts and manage service requests using customer SOPs
  • Support end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, network, and application issues
  • Assist with cross-training of team members and perform other assigned tasks
  • Qualifications Education and Training
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Relevant entry-level certifications preferred
  • 0-3 years in a technical support role

  • Highly analytical thinker and troubleshooter
  • Detail oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills

Education: Associate degree preferred

Location: Cleveland, OH 44125 (Required) - Work Location: 95% Remote with flexibility to come on-site for emergency situations.
