The Opportunity

As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer for Aeroflow, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity and visual presence for the Urology and Diabetes businesses. You will be responsible for creating branded assets spanning across all marketing channels (email, social, website, print, etc.), managing projects with external agencies, storyboarding and editing video creative, and creating templates that maintain consistency across various platforms. This role offers ample opportunity for mentorship and professional growth, ensuring you develop both creatively and strategically within our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity and Vision:
    • Collaborate with Urology Sr. Marketing Manager and brand marketing team to develop and refine brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design projects and marketing channels.
    • Define and build upon visual brand standards for digital and print communications, including social, email, website, print mailers, etc.
    • Work closely with the Urology and Diabetes marketing teams to ensure brand standards are adhered to across all marketing channels.
    • Work closely with the Website Coordinators and internal UX / UI and development teams to ensure brand standards are met across online platforms.
    • Work closely with the brand team on annual and quarterly photoshoots, being the liaison with the external photographer and ensuring business needs and brand integrity are met.
  • Graphic Design:
    • Create compelling, eye-catching visual assets for use across all marketing channels that align with brand standards and resonate with our target audience(s).
    • Work closely with marketing and outside sales team members to develop templates for various use cases such as presentations, social media posts, print collateral, etc. to streamline design processes while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Video Editing:
    • Ability to edit videos for social media, email, paid advertising, and website usage.
    • Work closely with marketing team members to create storyboards and provide recommendations for video script.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage day-to-day workload while keeping key stakeholders informed and prioritizing projects as needed.
    • Work closely with external freelancers (video, animation) to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, UX / UI, development, and other departments to translate business objectives into visually engaging designs.
    • Partner closely with the UX / UI team to ensure an on-brand, engaging customer experience is displayed across all digital customer touch points.
    • Work closely with the Urology marketing team to ideate and test new designs, messaging, etc.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Mentorship and Growth:
    • Take advantage of mentorship opportunities from senior designers within the organization to enhance your skills and advance your career in graphic design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, creative design solutions, and template creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Comfortability translating creative designs into platforms such as Canva for other team member usage.
  • Demonstrates an understanding and passion for branding.
  • Experience with paid advertising creative is a plus.
  • Video editing experience in Adobe or similar platform (outside of Canva, iMovie, or CapCut) is required.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental design principles, grids, typography, graphic design, color, layout, iconography, imagery, and design systems.
  • Storyboarding experience is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in Jira or similar project management software is preferred.
  • Experience / comfortability with Figma is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design trends and innovation.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative mind and design solutions across various channels.

Compensation: Base salary starting at $60,000
