The Opportunity

As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer at Aeroflow, you will be instrumental in defining the brand identity and visual representation for our Urology and Diabetes divisions. Your responsibilities will include crafting branded materials across various marketing platforms (email, social media, website, print, etc.), overseeing projects with external agencies, storyboarding and editing video content, and developing templates that ensure uniformity across multiple channels. This position provides significant opportunities for mentorship and professional development, allowing you to grow both creatively and strategically within our team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Brand Identity and Vision:
    • Collaborate with the Urology Senior Marketing Manager and brand marketing team to create and enhance brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design initiatives and marketing platforms.
    • Establish and expand visual brand standards for digital and print communications, including social media, email, website, and print materials.
    • Work closely with the Urology and Diabetes marketing teams to ensure adherence to brand standards across all marketing channels.
    • Coordinate with Website Coordinators and internal UX/UI and development teams to ensure brand standards are upheld across online platforms.
    • Act as a liaison with external photographers during annual and quarterly photoshoots, ensuring business requirements and brand integrity are maintained.
  • Graphic Design:
    • Design engaging and visually appealing assets for all marketing channels that align with brand standards and resonate with our target audiences.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to create templates for various applications such as presentations, social media posts, and print materials to streamline design processes while preserving brand integrity.
  • Video Editing:
    • Edit videos for social media, email, paid advertising, and website use.
    • Work with marketing team members to develop storyboards and provide input on video scripts.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee daily workload while keeping key stakeholders informed and prioritizing projects as necessary.
    • Collaborate with external freelancers (video, animation) to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work alongside marketing, UX/UI, development, and other departments to translate business objectives into visually compelling designs.
    • Partner with the UX/UI team to ensure an on-brand, engaging customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
    • Collaborate with the Urology marketing team to brainstorm and test new designs and messaging.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct comprehensive reviews of design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Mentorship and Growth:
    • Utilize mentorship opportunities from senior designers within the organization to enhance your skills and advance your career in graphic design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a robust portfolio showcasing branding projects, creative design solutions, and template development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Ability to translate creative designs into platforms such as Canva for team member use.
  • Demonstrated understanding and passion for branding.
  • Experience with paid advertising creative is advantageous.
  • Video editing experience in Adobe or similar platforms (excluding Canva, iMovie, or CapCut) is required.
  • Knowledge of fundamental design principles, grids, typography, graphic design, color, layout, iconography, imagery, and design systems.
  • Storyboarding experience is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Jira or similar project management software is preferred.
  • Experience or comfort with Figma is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design trends and innovation.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative abilities and design solutions across various channels.

Compensation: Base salary starting at $60,000
