Description

Position Summary:Data Entry Specialist will update and maintain the company databases by collecting and entering data from various sources.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain database by entering new and updated information
  • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Review source documents for accuracy or deficiencies
  • Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents
  • Identify and resolve any duplicated or incorrect data
  • Entry of W-9 and ACH information into databases
  • Scan and store documents as needed
  • Assist team with running ad hoc reports
Education and Work Experience:
  • College degree preferred
  • Analytical, critical thinker
  • Previous experience entering and analyzing data
  • Highly detail oriented
Knowledge and Skills:

Hours Required Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
