Schedule: 40 hours/week, shifts between 7:30a - 5:30p. Monday - Friday, possible weekends. 100% onsite.

Timeframe: September 2nd - end of November. May extend depending on clinic/team needs.

Location: 300 & 333 Longwood Ave, Boston.

The Occupational Health Services/Vaccine Clinic Temp will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative and customer service support to the Vaccine Clinic and Occupational Health Services teams.
  • Training in both Occupational Health Services (OHS) workflow and OHM (employee medical records system).
  • Checking both patients/families and staff in for vaccine appointments.
  • May assist with scheduling patient/family and staff vaccine appointments.
  • Assisting with updating documentation for staff who have received vaccines externally from BCH.

To qualify, you must have:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Previous healthcare and/or customer service experience required.
  • Knowledge of EPIC strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work well with others from diverse backgrounds.
