We are hiring a Move-in Coordinator to oversee all transitions within Continuing Care. This role serves as the primary contact for residents, family members, and nursing staff during moves in, out, and within the building. How you will make an impact: Managing all activities related to moves in, out, and within Continuing Care. Supporting residents through the process, resolving issues, and meeting special needs as they arise. Verifying financial information and providing an application for resident approval. Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety. Developing referral network within the community for available services Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents What we offer: Compensation: starts at $23.00/hour, commensurate of exp;erience. Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law. 401k for all employees 18 and over. Company contribution up to 3% once eligible.
