Recreational Soccer Coordinator

**Recreational Soccer Director Position**
The St. James is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreational Soccer Director to join our dynamic coaching staff. This position will be responsible for driving recreational growth and development in conjunction with our recreational site coordinators throughout our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all recreational soccer locations.
- Work on the field in partnership with Site Coordinators, rotating locations throughout the season.
- Identify and refer players into our Academy and Travel Programs.
- Promote Camps and Clinics.
- Participate as part of the coaching staff for the Academy Programs.
- Manage staff and staff schedules in conjunction with site coordinators.
- Develop Weekly Training Modules for all Recreational Age Groups.
- Assist with transition from Recreational Soccer to Pre-Travel and Travel.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings.
- Assist in coordination of all training schedules and training fields in specified age group.
- Ensure all league/game matches have proper Coaches coverage.
Requirements:
- Minimum of US Soccer D License or equivalent.
- Practical coaching experience at the youth level, specifically in the 2-8 year old age groups.
- Ability to relate and communicate with young players of all levels.
- Proven ability to communicate with parents and articulate concepts.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to manage staff.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with good time management.
- Dynamic personality with innovative ideas and strong motivational skills.
- Possess a player development philosophy that is in line with the club's mission.
- Committed to working a non-traditional schedule of afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
