Maintain up to date knowledge of procedures, client requirements, and technical subject matter and utilize that knowledge to provide superior service and manage programs. Read and follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed. High school diploma or equivalent required. Customer service experience highly preferred. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Access, e-mail and general computer proficiency required. Salesforce experience preferred, but not required. Demonstrated written and oral and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work onsite in Lowell, AR Monday through Friday required.
