Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced communications professional to join our marketing team. This pivotal role involves developing and executing content strategies that are instrumental in achieving our business objectives and meeting user needs. You will be responsible for creating and managing content across various platforms, ensuring it is user-friendly, impactful, and consistent with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create and manage customer-facing content that supports technical documentation and GTM activities.
  • Content Governance: Establish guidelines to ensure content consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
  • User Experience: Ensure content is user-centric, enhancing usability and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and SMEs to support broader business objectives.
Basic Qualifications
  • SaaS Industry Experience: Familiarity with content needs in the SaaS industry
  • SME Collaboration: Proven ability to work with subject matter experts to gather information
  • Campaign Management: Experience in executing content-driven campaigns
  • Content Creation & Editing: Strong skills in creating, editing, and reviewing content
  • Copywriting: Ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and consistency in content
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SEO and Analytics: Experience optimizing content for search engines and using analytics tools to track performance.
  • Content Management Systems: Proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.
  • User Experience Design: Understanding UX principles to create content that improves user interaction.
  • Content Governance: Experience in maintaining content consistency and standards across platforms.
