Title: IT Support Analyst

Department: IT

Reports To: VP of Information Technology

Schedule: 7:30 a.m.-5:30p.m. Mon- Fri. Hours may vary as needed

Location: Nonconnah

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities Configures and installs PCs and related software, including peripherals and individual components. Proactively monitor the health and performance of all systems and recommend changes as necessary. Ensure all systems have the necessary safeguards in place to effectively protect them from security threats. Ensure all systems are receiving critical software updates in a timely and consistent manner. Work closely with the Vice President of IT to quickly identify and correct any deficiencies in the desktop/desktop support infrastructure and within the Core Processing systems. Works with the Vice President of IT in the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of information systems. Works with the Vice President of IT on budget planning and computer replacements as necessary, including tracking inventory, replacement parts, and warranties, as well as researching equipment. Maintains all servers, VMs, backups (internal and external), and replication to DR sites. Administers the imaging, storage, and retrieval systems, and electronic document management system. Manages and maintains host processing network, including installation and configuration of CDMs, ATMs and ITMs. Provide technical assistance to end users in a timely and courteous manner. Resolve technical problems through direct, hands-on actions and through coordination with third-party vendors where applicable. Manage and monitor the phone, phone queue, and call recording systems. Serves as a backup to IT Programmer Analyst duties when necessary Participates in the Community Involvement goals of the Credit Association. Must maintain strictly confidential information pertaining to Credit Association members, employees, and business. Maintain regulatory compliance including Bank Secrecy Act. Follow the CARE Service Standards. Encourage teamwork within the organization. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications College Degree in related field from an accredited college or university, or 2-5 years of work experience in an IT environment. Must have previous Windows 2016/2019 server and Windows 10/11 workstation software experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Ability to work under pressure within strict time constraints and ability to multi-task. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

               Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a financial institution. Experience with maintaining LAN/WAN and PCs. Windows/Server/Active Directory administration experience. Relevant Certifications: A+, Network+, Security +, MCSE, MCSA, MCSD
