Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. Proficient in utilizing advanced data analysis tools, particularly Excel.
- Project Management: Solid grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proven experience in monitoring project milestones and ensuring task completion.
- IT Knowledge: Understanding of IT operations, systems, and infrastructure. Familiarity with key performance indicators in IT.
- Reporting: Capability to develop detailed and visually engaging reports and dashboards. Skilled in using report generation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI).
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess complex data and identify trends and insights. Ability to formulate strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and meticulousness in data analysis and report preparation. Competence in identifying inconsistencies and ensuring data quality.
