Job Description Summary:
Effectively represent the See's Brand and communicate with existing and potential customers through See's social media platforms. Leverage creative, strategic and analytical skills to solve seasonal and ongoing business challenges through social media. Grow audience and engagement numbers through community and content engagement is the key focus of this role. The Social Media Engagement Marketing Associate is a self-starter who is passionate about social media and creating sweet social content that builds strong relationships with See's customers.

The pay range for this position is expected to be $75k-$90k annually however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Description:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Co-own social media content calendar from ideation to execution with input from Marketing Manager.
  • Use social listening and publishing tools to publish content, identify influencers and opportunities, monitor and engage in conversation and manage assets as well as other content.
  • Strengthen relationship with our online community by responding promptly to questions and comments as the See's brand, using proper tone and voice across all social media channels and in social direct messages.
  • Work with Customer Care team as needed in relation to customer service-related engagements on social channels. Requires occasional weekend responsibilities during key time periods.
  • Drive community growth and engagement across all channels with relevant hashtags, alignment to trends and interests of the audience.
  • Attend and capture content during specific production runs at factories, onsite events (to include shop Grand Openings, etc.), and any other major See's Events / Activations.
  • Internal leader of social creative best practices.
  • Research and identify new technology and innovation appropriate for See's in the ever-evolving digital trends on Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and any emerging platforms.
  • Make strategic recommendations to pivot campaigns as needed.
  • Track analytics to establish key success patterns and target demographics.
  • Prepare reports that detail key metrics and make recommendations on strategy pivots based on findings.
  • Assists team with influencer strategy and cultivation.
  • Seek out and coordinate celebrity gifting opportunities.
  • Embrace and express See's company and brand values.
  • Performs special projects as assigned by management.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Three years of hands-on B2C social media community management experience.
  • Sprout Social, Canva, Google Analytics and Curalate experience a plus.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented mind-set. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field required; equivalent related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
