Design and develop the framework of technological systems, then consult with the client on them.

Windows 11, Windows 10 Image deployment Support, Migration, maintenance, Active directory, Group Policy, Backup and restoration, Networking and PC support, printer and iPhone support

Experience in PC (Desktop / Laptop) troubleshooting and general IT Support in an Enterprise environment.

Experience in supporting Window 10 client environment, MS Outlook, office 365.

Knowledge of McAfee Antivirus and Bit locker encryption.

Basic knowledge in supporting iOS devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad).

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Pleasant personality & positive attitude
