Job Description

REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT:

Reports to the Commercial Operations Manager, Americas

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support a dedicated team of sales representatives and act as the primary point of contact for assigned sales region
  • Act as deal desk support for sales region as needed
  • Manage and create amendments, service agreements, sales agreements, distributor agreements, and other contract related documentation
  • Review quotes and agreements to meet company discounting, regulatory, and approval policies and procedures
  • Perform accurate data entry in SAP to facilitate timely and responsible processing of contract documentation and online orders
  • Carry out other administrative functions, including but not limited to running ad-hoc reports for the purpose of monitoring data integrity.
  • Responsible for assisting sales with SFDC inquires and maintaining database integrity
  • Drive and participate in cross functional and department improvement projects
QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred or Desired:
  • 5+ years of related experience in sales or commercial operations, contract administration, order administration, and customer service is a plus
  • Experience with Health industry and/or Capital equipment commercial sales agreements is a plus
Required:
  • BS/BA in Business Administration is desired or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SFDC, & ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Must be detailed oriented and have good organizational skills
  • Must be positive, enthusiastic, and a self-starter
  • Highly analytical, problem-solver, and have sound decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills and must be able to communicate and work with cross functional stakeholders, including senior management
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
