Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing top talent to finalizing offers for internal sales, operations, and IT positions. The role is based out of our Omaha, NE headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Recruit for sales, administrative, IT, and other office positions
  • Identify and recruit top candidates
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates
  • Oversee onboarding process and communicate updates
  • Maintain employee information in HRIS system
  • Develop process to track recruiting metrics
  • Attend networking events and career fairs
  • Assist in administration of human resources related functions
  • Present company and the position in a professional light
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred with Minimum 2 years relevant experience in office recruiting
  • Proven know-how in sourcing active and passive candidates
  • Proven hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of related laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel (approx. 5%)
  • Positive attitude and coachability
