NASHVILLE CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
The below outlines the core job responsibilities of the position. The employer reserves the right to amend and modify these responsibilities should alternate needs arise. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made.
REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED SKILLS:
● This is an irregular, part-time position with the work schedule dependent on project scheduling by our client. Days per week and hours will vary, hours between 8am - 7pm.
● Must have reliable transportation to the job site
● Must have a cell phone and phone charger for use on-site
● Must exhibit excellent people skills, with a friendly, welcoming personality
● Professional demeanor for representing L&E Research to our clients and participants
● Must have the ability to work well with others and be a team player, with minimal supervision
● Previous customer service experience required
● Willingness to support local marketing and recruiting efforts, which could involve staffing events at local venues, handing out literature and promotional materials and interacting with potential recruits for market research studies
● Computer experience, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is desired
● Business casual dress required
● Ability to interview via video conference (8x8, Google Meets) if requested
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
● Servicing the needs of a corporate client conducting market research at the client's location
● Directly interacting with clients and study participants during research projects
● Greet study participants and verify IDs, ensuring sign-in of each participant
● Ensuring completion of online Informed Consent Form (ICF) by participant; having participants complete the ICF on-site, if necessary (not all studies will use this)
● Answer telephone calls and emails, answer general respondent questions, provide directions, pass on information to/from clients as needed
● Using a computer for a variety of tasks, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, our proprietary FMP business software, and email
● Comfortable entering data into existing Excel spreadsheets (no formulas required)
● Will use our company FMP software application to track attendance of participants, including cancellations and no shows. Will also pay participants through the FMP application.
● Support L&E Research and our client at local marketing and recruiting events when requested. Could involve transporting literature and other materials to the event sites as needed
● Keep the front desk clean and organized; we're guests in our client's facility
● Support general client needs as requested
● Other duties as required by the Director of Onsite Operations
● Position is located in Franklin, TN
