Noah's Ark was founded in 2004 when Dr. Todd and his family moved to the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Franklin, just one hour west of Asheville, NC. Dr. Todd's willingness to support raw and home-cooked diets, use alternative therapies like acupuncture, minimize exposure to chemicals, prudently vaccinate, and explain things in a very easy-to-understand manner are a few reasons that the company has such dedicated customers.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A VETERINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As a customer service representative at Noah's Ark, you have a critical role, acting as a gatekeeper to coordinate care for patients who need immediate medical assistance. Attention to details is critical and your decisions can have life and death impacts on our patients. Our office receives hundreds of calls, text messages and emails daily from clients seeking veterinary services, advice, training, doggie daycare, or help with animal welfare issues. You also carefully review medical records, make appointments, educate clients about pet health, and collect payments for products and services. You collaborate with other team members to communicate and follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner.
The Noah's Ark reception area often feels like the original Ark... you may need to step over pets to get across the office You'll also need to move quickly from area to area, and occasionally clean up accidents. Your ability to empathize helps you care for people and pets in a way that effectively represents Noah's Ark culture of excellent customer service and leaves you feeling happy and fulfilled at the end of each day.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WORK SCHEDULE
This CSR position offers stable, full-time work. You'll be scheduled to work Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday. When we're fully staffed, the schedule is often four days per week.

Requirements
VETERINARY CSR QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong computer skills and ability to type 40+ wpm
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position
