The Capture Manager will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business development, proposal management, pricing, and technical experts, to ensure a cohesive and competitive proposal. The Capture Manager will oversee the development of proposals, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements, accuracy, and alignment with the capture strategy. The Capture Manager will prepare and present capture status updates and recommendations to senior leadership at crucial decision-gate reviews. Qualifications for the Capture Manager: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other similar or related field. 3-5 years of experience in capture and business development initiatives or intelligence 3-5 years of GOVCON Business Development and Capture experience, OR Intel Analyst Experience Experience Managing Small Teams- 1 year Demonstrated experience or aptitude for working in a fast paced, federal contracting environment. One year of Supervisory Experience Proficiency in MS Word, SharePoint, Excel, and other MS Office 365 applications.
