Job Overview

Keer America Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Assistant. This role will provide opportunities for growth and development, with a focus on cotton yarn manufacturing and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production and production workers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Meet production goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager's office.
  • Translate verbal and written communication to facilitate effective collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Management or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • College degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Keer America Corp offers visa sponsorship for this position.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist the V.GM in implementing administrative procedures.
  • Perform other job tasks assigned by the V.GM.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • English-Chinese bilingual.
  • General clerical experience.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in mathematics and statistics.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks.
  • Ability to draft meeting minutes and reports.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with management and suppliers.
  • Good language ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning and improvement.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of 1-2 years of job-related experience in the same field.
