Valet Site Lead Job Description

Metropolis Corp is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Valet Site Lead to join our team. As a Valet Site Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of parking attendants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize the work of parking attendants to ensure efficient and effective operation of the parking facility
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter required site-specific data correctly and timely
  • Use and maintain equipment properly, including keeping equipment clean and operational
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Observe safety precautions at all times
  • Provide training to newly hired employees under the direction of the Operations Manager
  • Communicate with the Operations Manager after each shift to provide a shift update
  • Perform specific operational responsibilities as required based on the needs of the assigned location
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Expected to constantly work in all outdoor weather conditions
  • Required to wear a uniform and follow appropriate grooming standards
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, and handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to reach and handle keys and may be frequently required to sit. The employee is regularly required to walk swiftly and occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
