Overall Responsibility:

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) serves as an administrative professional liaison that provides the communication bridge between patients and the dental offices.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
  • Answers, directs, and provides information to all callers.
  • Answers, directs and responds to all emails that come into info@lanedds and info@ncoso
  • Checks and returns calls to any voicemail messages.
  • Keeps call logs and promotion logs.
  • Maintains upbeat and positive attitude, answers phones according to script at all times.
  • Listens and documents any patient concerns and forwards information to Office Managers, Regional Managers and Senior Patient Service Representative.
  • Keeps up to date with all promotions, new dentists, dentist schedules, and new locations.
  • Contacts all potential new patients from all marketing events.
  • Contacts all promotional requests received online and schedules accordingly.
  • Answers chat line.
  • Replies to text messaging.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Dental office experience required
  • Ability to lift 15-20lbs
  • Please note this position is in office - not remote. The office will also be moving to our new Fuquay Varina office in a few months.
