  • Sales Development Representative (SDR) - working alongside a team of growth-oriented sales professionals to create professional connections and source sales opportunities for our managed IT/network services
  • Business Development Representative (BDR) - working alongside a team of growth-oriented sales professionals to generate and close new leads for our digital marketing services
Through our managed IT services, WingSwept provides continuous IT/network support to small and medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries throughout NC, Virginia, DC, and Maryland. The Sales Development Representative generates leads and creates new sales opportunities by making connections with executives across the Triangle and DMV areas, exploring what issues, opportunities, and challenges these businesses are experiencing with regard to technology, and setting up discovery meetings with WingSwept's President and/or VP of Sales.

For our digital marketing services, WingSwept does business as Repair Shop Websites (RSW), serving independent automotive repair shops all across the U.S. with web design, SEO, social media management, and other digital marketing services. The goal of these services is to help small business owners in the auto repair industry increase their online presence, strengthen their online reputation, and generate more revenue by increasing their customer base. The Business Development Representative is responsible for sourcing sales opportunities and closing sales.

What we require of our Business/Sales Development Reps:
  • Highly motivated, focused, organized, and attentive to detail
  • Desire to grow a sales career
  • Desire to be a part of a successful and supportive team
  • Desire to help SMBs grow and optimize
  • Strong communication skills and people skills
  • Ability to work from our office in Garner, NC
  • 6-12 months or more of outbound sales experience is helpful, but not required (entry-level)
  • Ability to proficiently speak Spanish is a plus, but not required
