Description JOB TITLE: Corporate Support Technician - Brentwood Home Office (on-site)
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Director of Field Services IT

JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Corporate Support Technician is a skilled and dedicated IT professional on the healthcare team. They will provide essential technical support to ensure the smooth operation of information technology systems within the corporate office environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting end-users, and collaborating with other IT staff to maintain a reliable and secure IT environment. They are a key part of the IT team that supports information systems for the Corporate Office in Brentwood, TN.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Technical Support:
    1. Respond promptly to IT support regarding required ongoing support within the corporate office environment including VIP of Executive Leadership Team.
    2. Provide on-site and remote assistance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
    3. Monitor ticketing and bring forth correct assignment according to needs of the corporate office environment or end users
    4. Strong knowledge of ticketing assignments
  2. Hardware Maintenance:
    1. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices as needed through on-site requests.
    2. Work with vendors in conjunction with support and implementation new systems and devices
    3. Document procedures from vendors and work with L1/L2 helpdesk to implement knowledge base articles for future support
  3. User Training:
    1. Create user documentation and guides to assist staff in utilizing technology effectively in collaboration with the Help Desk L1/L2 techs.
    2. Provide post go-live support for new corporate initiatives including hardware, software and access issues by bringing in teams and support from other teams as needed
  4. Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with other IT team members and IT teams to address complex technical issues and contribute to ongoing projects.
    2. Communicate effectively with end-users to gather information and provide clear explanations of technical solutions.
    3. Work to build playbooks and guides to bring other team leads and technologies into play
    4. Strong knowledge of servers and network in order to provide guidance to other teams on issues
  1. Experience: They should have had a minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in a relevant IT position within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills both in written and verbal form.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: The Technician will be empathetic to customer requirements while demonstrating the ability to be a pro-active advocate to partner and drive successful implementations, even when up against tight timelines and other constraints.
  4. People Skills: The ability to build relationships and trust with others is a requirement, as this role will serve as a change agent toward building and maturing a structured delivery framework.
  5. Travel: The Technician will mainly be full time support at the Corporate office in Brentwood, TN, but may be asked to travel in certain circumstances if needed. i.e.e Corporate events, etc.
  6. On-Call/Out of Hours: The IT Technician will be required to assist with on-call activities and occasionally work outside of normal office hours.

Education:

The Technician should have a degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
