JOB DESCRIPTION
National Account Manager - Safeguarding Client Interests
Are you ready to elevate your career in security services? As a National Account Manager at GardaWorld, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent excellence across our security operations. Your mission? Seamlessly coordinate support services across geographies, safeguarding our clients' interests.
Essential Functions:
  • Integrate Core Values: Embed GardaWorld's core values in all business practices.
  • Consistent Service Delivery: Maintain uniform services across multiple geographies, leveraging Crises-24 Enhanced services when needed.
  • Guard Staff Management: Develop and manage guard staffing at dispersed sites.
  • Emergency Response Support: Collaborate on Client's Emergency Response Programs and policy updates.
  • Data-Driven Advocacy: Analyze KPI data to enhance guard effectiveness (e.g., door alarming, engagement).
  • Threat Assessment and Management: Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert in threat assessment and mitigation.
  • Reporting: Produce requested reports for door audits and system transactions.
  • National Badging Program: Oversee cardholder database accuracy, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor/contracting badging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with site managers and branch contacts during onboarding.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for productivity enhancements.
  • Staffing Optimization: Regularly review security officer schedules to improve operations.
  • Compensation Review: Conduct annual compensation rate reviews.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
  • Brand Perception: Cultivate positive brand perception.
  • Associate Development: Enhance the employment experience for security officers.
  • Safety Culture: Maintain a robust safety program.
  • Emergency Response Readiness: Be prepared for operational emergencies.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of progressive management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Ideal candidates have eight years of management experience.
  • Desirable backgrounds include contract services, hospitality, military, or law enforcement.
  • CPP/PSP and related certifications are a plus.
