About the Role

  • Acquire and grow mid-market and fast-growing SMB customers
  • Identify and pursue high-quality leads in your defined vertical or territory
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through various outbound strategies in collaboration with the SDR team
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's specific needs or pain points via video conferencing or other communication methods
  • Utilize value-based selling by providing tailored insights, sharing social proofs, and demonstrating ROI to persuade customers to change
  • Create a consistent and effective follow-up strategy to convert customers, ensure satisfaction, gather referrals, and expand accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with launches and product/pricing changes in the martech industry and top competitors; develop an expert-level knowledge to act as a trusted advisor to the customer

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful track record in conducting outbound and cold calls, product demos, and managing a pipeline in the SaaS/Martech space
  • Experience working with mid-market customers with more complex marketing needs and sizable subscriber lists (50k+)
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • A high level of business acumen and marketing knowledge
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, maintain an unwavering positive attitude, and demonstrate a strong drive for results
  • Hungry for feedback and exceptional at applying feedback to adjust strategy and improve results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Collaborative, highly creative, and competitive
