DescriptionOur sales team is growing rapidly in New York and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a group of Mid-Market Account Executives to help drive monday.com's success forward.About The RoleYou will be responsible for growing and developing the team by providing expert-level sales knowledge, coaching, training and process improvement. You will drive the day-to-day execution to exceed the business performance targets of monday.com.Requirements3+ years of full cycle SaaS sales experience3+ years of SaaS sales management experienceSAAS experience - requiredStrong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executiveExperience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussionsAbility to build strong personal relationshipNative English speaker - requiredSelf-starter, Result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitiveExcellent written and oral communication skillsBA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experienceFor NYC-based hires only: Compensation Range: $200,000 - $250,000k base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or RSUs based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
