The Opportunity: Join us as an Account Executive where you鈥檒l be instrumental in fueling Tolstoy's growth. This role is designed for a dynamic sales professional who is keen to take on the challenge of expanding our market presence through new client acquisitions. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients in the e-commerce industry and manage the entire sale cycle with enterprise and mid-market clients.聽


Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and close deals, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted clients to push deals forward and ensure satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients, initiating contact via cold calling, emailing, and social media strategies to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Automate, optimize and scale the reach out process using advanced AI tools.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to craft targeted outreach campaigns that align with broader company goals and initiatives.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote Tolstoy, and connect with potential clients.
  • Report on sales results, forecast future sales, and continually assess the effectiveness of the sales and outreach strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing others.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Experience in direct sales, developing client relationships, and managing a sales pipeline.
  • High level of self-motivation, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a vibrant and innovative team culture.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales or proactive outreach.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to enhance business opportunities.
  • Previous experience in the e-commerce ecosystem is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
