Operations Support Specialist

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will assist in the support and utilization of NVRSS applications and with special projects impacting the business.

This position is based on-site at our NVR Settlement Services offices.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with testing and implementation of software upgrades
  • Act as system administrator for multiple software applications
  • Provide exceptional business and technical support to NVR team members
  • Work as liaison between NVR Settlement Services and internal NVR groups
  • Create and maintain business reports
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite specifically Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Bachelor Degree, preferred
  • Knowledge of title and escrow software
  • 2 years of real estate settlement experience, preferred
