Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Answering calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Job Coordination: Monitoring emails, sending out DocuSign documents to customers, and coordinating with the production team for job execution.
  • Financial Management: Acting as the QuickBooks Enterprise expert, managing all financial aspects for the company. This includes processing payments, sending receipts, invoicing customers upon project completion, and following up on past due balances.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensuring a highly organized office environment with meticulous attention to detail. Handling walk-ins and maintaining a professional presence at the front office.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in an office administrative role.
  • Advanced QuickBooks experience.
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This role is 100% onsite at our client's office, located on the NE side of Columbus. This is a contract role, and will interview and start within 1-2 weeks.
