Partner Operations Manager, Trust

About the team The Partner Success team at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance and operations performance of Content Review's extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards and guidelines to keep our community safe. Responsibilities- You will be proficient in systems and operation platform accesses, liaising with partner POC to ensure accurate configuration and record keeping practice.- You will ensure the program/project is successful through strong service delivery of core OKR/goals ( Latency, quality, wellness)- You will hold the partner site accountable to and help a set clear path towards operational excellence- You will ensure adherence to budget and accurate financial accounting of partner production hours, training and other expenses- You will own the partner relationship for outsourcing performance including monitoring delivery, vendor performance management. This includes identifying operational and performance risk and mitigations proactively within the assigned sites and/or lines of businesses.- You will crisply articulate site performance and any remediation plans to an executive level including but not limited to driving SMART action plans, data driven analytics and insights with partner ops team- You are able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and effectively, and efficiently prioritize and meet deadlines.- You demonstrate Operational Excellence experience and focus on continuous improvement by re-engineering site level processes as needed (. wfm, floor management, workload prioritization, - You can manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.- The ability to travel 50% to 70% is required for this role. Minimum Qualifications:- English proficiency as working language.- You come with experience in large scale operations working across or coordinating with multiple domains and business units- You have strong oral and written communications and influencing skills, and are able to navigate a global organization, influence stakeholders and affect outcomes. You have the ability to gain trust and influence with limited direct authority. Preferred Qualifications:- You have experience managing outsourced partner relationships along with people management experience- You come with Operations Management, Program management, Large scale transformation project experience- You have the ability to think outside the box, multitask and work well under pressure, to identify issues and work to resolve them in partnership with business leaders Trust & Safety recognises that keeping our platform safe for TikTok communities is no ordinary job which can be both rewarding and psychologically demanding and emotionally taxing for some.
