Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engineer high-quality React code for optimal performance across three applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to add feature enhancements that align with project goals and client needs.
  • Lead developers in feature scoping and analysis
  • Analyze codebases to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase code stability and reusability.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, including SOLID principles and Clean Architecture, to maintain code quality and scalability.
  • Work closely with designers and stakeholders to understand Figma designs, user stories, and requirements, ensuring that software solutions fulfill business needs effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices, and assist in establishing new standards and processes within the development team.
Experience:
  • Expert knowledge of React
  • Advanced knowledge of React Native a plus
  • Develop in an Agile environment
  • Experience leading Agile teams a plus
  • Work with backend team to implement APIs into front end applications
  • Analyze and refactor code to lower technical debt
  • Handle code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
  • Work with other technical leads to implement best practices and enforce them
  • Evaluate and propose tools to help create a better product
  • Must have cross-platform and multi-browser development experience
  • Able to attend daily standups and regular team meetings - we have team members in the EU so our meetings are fairly early in the day.
