Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and oversee the project lifecycle for the development and implementation of cutting-edge software projects within clusters and displays.
- Facilitate cooperation among multiple technical teams to guarantee timely deliveries, superior software integration, and effective issue resolution.
- Guide the high-level design process of software programs, collaborating with integration and testing teams for defect triaging and quality assurance.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between development teams and stakeholders, aligning project objectives and schedules.
- Manage project-centric activities, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
- Champion the software qualification process to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
- Monitor and adjust project progression as needed to ensure goals are met within budget and timeframe constraints.
- Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging the sharing of knowledge and the adoption of best practices among team members.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software development leadership, especially in the automotive industry or similar fields.
- Strong foundation in technical skills, with practical experience in software development and systems integration.
- Proven capabilities in project management, demonstrating the successful completion of numerous software development projects.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of effectively coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Well-versed in software development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and protocols related to clusters and displays is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in navigating complex projects, prioritizing multiple tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
