Position Overview

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for delivering engineering design solutions for a diverse array of projects, working under the mentorship of a Structure Team Leader. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop structural engineering designs for various projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Utilize structural engineering analysis and design software effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design.
  • Professional Engineering Registration or Engineer Intern Registration in Arkansas, or the ability to obtain registration through reciprocity.
  • Strong knowledge of structural steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry design.
  • Proficiency in structural engineering analysis and design software, such as RISA.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and maintain organization.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
