Available Weekend Double Shifts:
- Weekend Double Openings: Saturday & Sunday shifts
- Candidates must work two consecutive 16-hour shifts on the weekend in order to qualify for Baylor Pay
- Baylor Pay - work 32 hours and be paid for 40 hours
- Competitive Pay Based on Experience
- Shift Differential Pay Available (at participating locations)
- Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work (full-time only)
- Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only)
- 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees
- Up to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of study
- Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift
- 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employment
- Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employees

- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
- The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
- Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
- Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident's needs and the person's capabilities and qualifications
- Administers medications
- Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
- Documents that treatment as required
- Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience is preferred
- Valid RN or LPN license for the state of Missouri is required.
- Valid CPR certification
- Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
