Provide customer service by handling phone calls, emails, order entry. Create part numbers and build custom items with images on our e-commerce platform for incoming custom orders. Take customer request, review, and find/offer alternative products, if necessary, by viewing distributor websites and images. Performs all other duties as assigned. Supervisor Responsibilities: No Qualifications Qualifications- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School Graduate or equivalent (e.g., GED) required. 3-5 years of customer service experience and account management experience preferred. Graphic arts experience preferred. Flexibility, analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other Office applications is highly beneficial.
