Position Overview: We are actively seeking a seasoned and results-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to enhance our dynamic team.   • Formulate and execute a strategic sales blueprint to meet and exceed sales objectives while strengthening our market presence.
  • Identify and pursue lucrative business prospects within targeted vertical markets.
  • Craft and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, leveraging both technical acumen and sales expertise.

Technical Expertise

  • Leverage your deep understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and cooling solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with service and project management teams to ensure flawless project execution, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to promptly address and resolve any concerns.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions utilizing CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, with extensive experience, ideally with experience within the HVAC industry and/or selling mechanical services in the commercial building space.
  • Strong technical acumen and comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and HVAC technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, honed through years of sales experience.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility for travel as needed to meet clients and participate in industry events.
