Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Salary: $16.00
Schedules: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Duties/Responsibilities:
• The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Build pallets/orders in conformance with customer requirements as stated in the customer routing guide.
• Hand wrap and label pallets/orders for shipping
• Examine and inspect finished pallets/orders for accuracy to ensure customer specifications are met
• Transfer finished pallets to the weigh station as needed
• Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Provide support to other departments in the warehouse when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to operate various material handling equipment, including hand truck and pallet jack, if assigned to that job duty.
• Strong reading and communication skills, ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be in good physical condition, with good motor skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
