We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our corporate office in Scottsdale. This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week in office and 1 day working remotely.

IDM is seeking an outgoing social media marketer to focus on generating engaging social media content for multiple locations and support company sponsored events. This person will be exceptional at multi-tasking, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and enjoys collaboration with a hands-on approach. They will have an ability to raise awareness about IDM Residential's communities and work closely with onsite teams to convert followers into customers through creative and thoughtful content and finding events that align with our target audience throughout the year.

3-5 years in social media management; multi-location management required.

Curates engaging posts, stories, and reels using third party tools to post on multiple locations following a strategic monthly post plan for each community.

Ability to increase community engagement and boost brand loyalty.

Develop content strategies to engage community and residents on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Host bi-annual social media challenges with IDM's Residential teams to boost engagement and buy-in for teams and residents.

Create and manage social media contests and giveaways.

Create and implement a strategic social media strategy for each community in alignment with goals from Director of Marketing.

Expert at creating content in Canva Teams or Adobe Creative Suite for social media

Strong understanding of size requirements for different social media platforms.

Create new and manage existing social media pages in Meta Business Suite.

Up to date on best practices adding Partners and People within Meta Business Suite including business assets, Instagram account linking, and Ads Management.

Responds quickly and professionally to comments and messages on various social media channels.

Great copywriting skills to write for audience using brand voice and hashtags.

Perform monthly analysis and performance of social media channels using KPI's.

Collaborate with onsite teams directly to create authentic content on social media channels.

Attend onsite resident events for content on occasion.

Find special event opportunities throughout Washington, Oregon and Arizona for communities to attend to increase brand awareness.

Ability to travel to attend company and sponsored events locally and nationally as needed.

Assist with swag management and booth setup for special events.

Coordinate with event sponsorship vendors.

Manage events and social media contests.
