Role Summary

In this role, you will support various social media strategies, including the creation of engaging campaigns, content development, and managing interactions across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and human resources departments to enhance our online presence and maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing social media campaigns
  • Develop weekly and monthly content calendars to promote the brand across different social media channels
  • Create and share content such as articles, infographics, videos, and press releases on social media and traditional media outlets
  • Monitor social media engagement to identify successful strategies and campaigns for future use
  • Conduct research on social media marketing trends
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages
  • Generate ideas for original and user-generated content
  • Design visually appealing graphics for social media distribution
  • Craft compelling captions that resonate with the target audience
  • Assist in producing and editing short-form video content
  • Support photo and video shoots
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in digital communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in digital marketing or social media
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong research abilities
  • Proficient in major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X, and TikTok
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to assess audience engagement and campaign effectiveness
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer in a typical office environment
