Are you passionate about social media and eager to make an impact in the digital marketing world? Style Netbox is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Agent to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ.

About the Role: As a Social Media Agent at Style Netbox, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence. You'll create engaging content, interact with audiences, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
