Qualifications:
• Managerial Experience: 5+ years of experience managing individuals and teams.
• Agency Expertise: 5+ years of agency experience with a deep understanding of agency processes, client management, and project execution.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Client-Centric: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
